Numbers change
Prices, tax rules, contribution limits, interest rates and market data go out of date. I check figures against named sources when I publish, and every post says when it was written, but I can’t promise every number is still current when you read it. Past performance, mine or anyone’s, doesn’t predict future results.
How claims are graded
- Tested: I own it or did it myself.
- Researched: I don’t own it yet. You’re getting homework, not experience, and the piece says so.
- Verified: the numbers were checked against a real, named source before publishing.
A grade describes where the information came from. It is not a recommendation to buy anything.
